How is it possible to give user NIE with a rank

ive got PermissionsBukkit installed, and only with /op i can use it,

but thats not to wise for new players

NEI uses the /give command on servers, so just giving them access to that will work fine. Same goes for the time of day buttons.

well when i try that i get the same restult, that i only get recipies, but with /op i can

take everything, is it me that does somethng wrong ?

Are you sure that the command is configured correctly, you're in the correct rank, and you're in Cheat mode?

COol glitch: Open an RM furnace Gui and put an item in a corner and click CTRL and click the item and guess what (if you used a diamond) your now rich

That's not a cool glitch, that's an easy way to make Tekkit boring and screw everything up. "Yay, free crap! Now what do I do?". Nothing cool about that, it's just a waste of time.
