My Tekkit server wont work

my tekkit server wont work when i start it it says at the end this " [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT! [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind  [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port? " can you help

You must have another server already running on that machine that is using port 25565, go into your server.properties file and choose another port.
