Energy O Mat

How do I add the Energy-O-Mat to a 3.1.2 Server without updating to 3.1.3?

I need it but with 3.1.3 the server crash because of the Nucelar Reactor on the server :/

for your situation, you can't. because the energy.o mat comes with industrialcraft2 which includes the nuclear reactor update

You could if you removed the thermal monitors from the Reactor first, I think.

Take all of the components out of the reactor and incinerate them. Then try to update. (Backup first!)
