Chr0n0Tr!gg3r Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Just resurrected a modpack I was going to release several years ago back from the dead and so far it downloads just fine from my dropbox. The problem comes when trying to download the 1.3.1.json from Technic's trunk, I'm not sure how to fix this and I've already tried manually downloading the 1.3.1.json and putting it in the assets/indexes folder inside the .technic directory. Anyone have any thoughts? Quote
JaariAtmc Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 In what way is this a problem? The red herring at startup? Quote

When I attempt to install the modpack it tries to download the json from Technic's servers but fails meaning I can't install or launch the modpack. Quote
EvilOwl Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 The mc 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 jsons were added to the platform. Your pack is now crashing instead of yelling about the missing files. No idea why, this mc version is beyond my time. Quote
Chr0n0Tr!gg3r Posted June 12, 2017 Author Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) Yeah, that would be my fault. I got 1.3.1 and 1.3_01 mixed up which is what the modpack is supposed to run on. I sent you a couple mentions on the Discord but in case they got buried you have this. Edit: I just realized there's no option for 1.3_01, is there any way you can add it to the list of Jars the launcher will download or am I allowed to include it since it's an old unsupported version? EvilOwl Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 You're probably talking about beta 1.3_01. The platform only supports major mc versions, not beta versions. 1.3_01 is more than 6 years old, the launcher wasn't coded to deal with historical versions. Quote
