COLDYY1 Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 (edited) I have encountered a really big problem. Yesterday when I was playing football, I dropped my mobile in the asphalt. Believe me or not but it became a complete moss. I did not think so much about it first. Just thought I was stupid enough from me to drop it. But after a few hours, yes, it struck me! I had an app on my mobile. (Google Authenticator) from there it controls all of my accounts. On most pages, you always have a backup code. But at Technic when I was going to disable it, I did not find the code anywhere. I have been completely locked out of my account. I own a mod-pack with over one hundred and fifty thousand downloads. I became very sad at first. The only device I can access my account with is the one I am writing this topic from. I hope I have not been a major inconvenience. But I can not turn it off without a backup code. I've lost that code and my mobile is kind of scrap at the moment. Can't I just complete a user form so I can gain access to my account or something without 2-Factor Authentication codes needed. It started with making a variety of mod-packs and then I was honored to take over someone else's mod-pack. I use this G-mail by default: "[email protected]" I also use "COLDYY1" as my Minecraft and Technic Platform username. I have also ticked the box using its minecraft skin in Technic Platform. My mod-pack is called: "Modern Technic City" The last owner was Jupiter_Crafter. It was sometime in September that I got the ownership from him. I have access to my account on one computer. So if you need my Solder API Key to reinforce this is my account, you are more than welcome to get it from me.
