If you want to become staff of a server go onto a server and prove your worth to the operators. Then you have a shot at staff. That's how it works on my server.

I don't understand your logic. This is a perfect section for this topic, even though it's not a very good topic. Where else would you post to help on servers than the "Server Op Swap Shop" section?

No. This place is fine. He should just go on servers and get staff the regular way though.
