Launcher won't recognize that I have 64 bit java

I repeatedly re-download Java from Firefox Quantum, but the Technic Launcher refuses to recognize it as 64-bit java. I tried several steps across this forum but nothing has happened. Any ideas?

Actually grab the 64-bits version? https://java.com/en/download/windows_offline.jsp
