Help installing ICBM mod and dependancies on to tekkit modpack

I am trying to install the ICBM mod. I put all the files into the mods folder but then minecraft crashed and said it needed an updated version of forge? how can I fix this?

What version of the ICBM mod (for which version of Minecraft) did you download?

I have a strong feeling that may lead to the answer how to fix your problem.

You have to use the ICBM mod for minecraft 1.2.5 as hinted at by Melfice.
