Minecraft crashes

Hello I have question,my brother wanted to play minecraft(Tekkit Legends) but everytime when he presses the play button it closes technic launcher,starts minecraft,soemtime it shows the Mojang logo and it crashes back to technic launcher,we tried uninstalling java,installing another one /downgrading or updating it,Didn't work reinstalling technic/modpack,crashes even with other modpacks,His laptop is 32bit,3gb ram,Windows 7 here is the crash log https://pastebin.com/enFE9M3Q also sorry if its not enough info its my first time on these forums

^Relevant, it simply that the Intel HD Graphics drivers are too outdated.

Idk I tried to update them,failed to update cuz We downloaded other drivers i guess,but when we found finally the right ones It didn't work,weird that minecraft without mods works
