cauldron 1.6.4 Error when trying to start Tekkit/Cauldron Server

[Majere]

I am trying to set up a cauldron Tekkit Server so I can install plugins to the server however I keep running into this error.

I am using cauldron-1.6.4-1.965.21.204-installer.jar and cauldron-1.6.4-1/965.21.204.jar
