Weird bug with mod packs opening, then closing

I'm having the problem with the mod packs where the mod pack opens, then immediately shuts down and then re-opens the launcher. I know about the fix with that file that's given to most people with this problem and I have it, but it says this when it runs:

I don't know what to do about the registry path being denied. As for my logs (if you need those) I have them here: https://pastebin.com/pDTTbUyh

That's not a technic log. Also, that's 1.14.3. No modpacks available for that, not counting fabric.

So, why are you still using Java 7? You need 8u51 to play modpacks...
