Modpack loading vanilla instead of Forge

I searched for a solution first and went through this solution first: https://forums.technicpack.net/topic/191283-file-versionjson-not-found/

I was using x64 Java 1.8.0_45 before I Installed 1.8.0_231. Then I uninstalled all other versions and rebooted.

I set the launcher to use 4GB ram.

When I was testing the modpack I was able to load it and play the Forge Installation in the Minecraft Launcher

Technic, like Atlauncher and MultiMC, do not support Forge for 1.13/1.14/1.15 due to how the forge installation has changed.

Thanks, that explains a lot.
I haven't updated my modpack in a long time and was wondering why so many mods had switched to Fabric.

I wonder if the Technic staff could update the modpack instructions to mention that.
