File version.json not found

Whenever I try to play a modpack, the launcher closes and then starts back up. I checked the console and it said: File version.json not found in \AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\(The modpack)\bin\modpack.jar 

If there is a fix for this please tell me!

This was also in the console "Error occurred during initialization of VM" Do you know if that might be the problem?   

  • did you download the official launcher from http://technicpack.net/download ?
  • did you try to run in as administrator?
  • do you have full access to the pc? Is your account limited in any way?
  • what and how did you try to run? step by step
  • Yes I did. 
  • Yes and it still didn't work. 
  • Yes I have full access to my pc.
  • This happened in Hexxit I just clicked install and let it finish and the clicked play. But on any other modpack it doesn't happen. So I i think this might be the problem "Error occurred during initialization of VM"  

Different Thing That Came Up In The Console  

"Could not reserve enough space for 1048576KB object heap"  

I have a 1 TB hard drive with 762 GB left.
