Technic won't launch

So I have recently got technic after having it recommended by a friend for modded minecraft. It looks awesome, but I haven't been able to get any of the modpacks to load. They will either stop mid-way through loading the modpack or it will get all the way through then stop and go back to the technic launcher. I was looking at the logs and saw the "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" and didn't understand the info page when I looked it up. So I literally tried it on another computer and the exact same thing happened, I don't know how to fix this and I saw other people report problems on here so I was hoping you guys could help. I pasted the logs from when I tried to launch the game and it loaded all the way then crashed, does anyone know how to fix it?

Download 64bits java. Download the OFFLINE installer from java.com for that. Allocate 2-3 GB in the launcher options menu after installing java 64bits (and restarting the launcher).
