Don't have scroll bar for ram allocation

when I try to play a modpack called age of sorcery it says I have to use 4gbs of ram. I go to launcher options, java settings, then when I click change ram I can only see options up 3.5gb. In tutorials I've seen there supposed to be a scrool bar so I can go down for more options Bu I don't have 1. I've installed windows java offline 64 but it changed nothing

You cannot allocate 4 GB if you only have 4 GB in your pc. It will never work out. Find some other modpack to play.
