My modpack's mods don't load and I just load into Vanilla Minecraft

I cannot figure out why my modpack doesn't load its mods, and when I click play on Technic Launcher, it just puts me in Vanilla Minecraft. The pack I've been working on is a server pack and I don't know why the mods are not loading.

Works fine after I replace the Forge in the modpack with a version I just downloaded. I dunno what's up with this, you're the third with this recently, and the Forge file structure in your modpack doesn't match the universal download I get.

so you mean replace the modpack.jar with Forge without changing the newer download to modpack.jar aswell?

With that I mean that there's something wrong with the Forge you included. And no, I do not know what it is that's wrong with it.
