help my modpack loads to vanilla

hi so i used multiMC to test the modpack everything ran fine ect but when i published it and downloaded in the technic launcher it loads to vanilla for some reason i dont know why i have done everything this is the dropbox file https://www.dropbox.com/s/ikgem9lvdgxb6ws/modpackzip.zip?dl=0

Forge 1.15 is not compatible with Techniclauncher.

For now use Fabric for MC 1.13+
