Technic Launcher won't install modpacks.

Everytime I try to download a modpack, the loading process just stops at "Grabbing net.minecraft:launchwrapper:1.12". Is this something that parental controls causes?

its been in that phase of downloading for 2 hours

That would be because for whatever reason you're uploading a webp instead of something like a jpg.

Make sure "On Pack Launch" under "Launcher Options" is set to "Hide Launcher". Then launch the modpack again and then upload the log..

That log shows you opening the launcher and opening the logs folder. It does not show you starting any modpack.

That's weird that log is from the screenshot above.
