I can't download any modpack from Technic

Hi, I'm trying to download a modpack on technic but every time I click to download it kind of cancels the download and gives me 2 options: Delete Modpack or Install. And every time I try to install it flashes the technic screen and goes back to that, I already  formated the computer and it didn't work, any idea what it is? I already tried to reinstall technic, install new cache folder, disable all antivirus and firewall, and formated the computer, HELPPPPPP.

Is this a valid technic launcher and not a cracked one? (Apparently those exist, I wasn't aware of them, but I've also been away for nearly 5 years, maybe if a moderator or admin could pm me details of tell tale signs of cracked clients if they happen to be reading this?)

Oh, its quite obvious really. You just have to compare your own launcher with the cracked one. The differences are obvious.
