I have absolutely no idea what I am doing wrong, but it's not recognizing my mods and just loads vanilla minecraft 1.14.4. I got the forge universal jar and renamed it modpack and then put it in the bin folder, still no luck. I'm not sure what to do.

My ZIP folder for the modpack: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xi1ni8zy7nlggz2/ckcraftmastered.zip?dl=0

Don't get the Universal, use the INSTALLER just like you would use the universal.

As someone else on this forum always post:

Which is funny because I couldn't locate any actual instructions from any official Technic post, or otherwise, with the above information, so I am not sure where it resides (or why said user chooses to always post a screenshot instead of a link to the page, js)

**Edit before someone points it out, yes there is a tiny blurb about this on the latest news posting, but it's not something that's obvious or something that most users would find when googling "how to make technic modpack", as this usually comes up https://technicpack.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204199345-How-to-make-a-Minecraft-modpack which has no mention on the differences in versions. Very unlikely users will read that info as seen below:

Thank you, but sadly it still isn't working? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but I'm honestly so frustrated. I opened the regular installer of the version I wanted, extracted it to my folder, got a little jar, renamed it modpack, stuck it in the bin zipped it up and sent it off. The launcher downloads the zip file fine but apparently I'm doing something wrong because it refuses to give me anything but the vanilla mojang loader.. Here is a link to my new folder, I honestly have no idea what I did wrong..

You shouldn't be opening or running the installer, just rename it
