Technic Launcher icon moves

Most times when i open the launcher, the icon moves to the nearest available slot to the left.
Whenever i move it back, it does the same thing. Is this a bug?

Eh, Pyker has been updating the launcher a couple times recently. Everytime the launcher is updated, the launcher icon is removed for a moment. I would imagine that would be their issue, but yeah, that video would help, still.
