Crash on modpack start

Everytime my modpack launches it crashes. I have no clue what is happening so if anyone could help that would be amazing.

Well, I see Pixelmon, Optifine and MacOS. Not a good combination.

Pixelmon is not supported on these forums, but based on some quick google searches you could try downgrading to Java 8 Update 251 (based on this similar post here)

Yes but it works fine when i run the mods manually on the normal miencraft launcher, and works for others, however whenever i try to open the technic modpack it crashes. I dont know why only the modpack in the techinc launcher doesnt work

Because you are using Java 8u261. This one causes crashes for Mac only. Downgrade to 8u251.

How? Everywhere I look it says I have to pay to downgrade... if I go on the oracle website it’s locked and requires a subscription or something

Here you go. The oracle site requires you to have an oracle account. This above link is just a direct download, no account needed.

The Official Minecraft launcher bundles its own java version, and I believe it's stuck on u51 or something older. The technic launcher will use whatever java version you have installed on your system, hence why it does not on the technic launcher but does on the minecraft launcher
