My cousin is getting a download problem and we've tried things as blocking the AV ,trying different versions of java and re installing technic many times.

What's happening is when he clicks on install (modpack) it doesn't install,it actually just does nothing,the option to eliminate the pack is there,but the install pack is too,and obviously the pack isn't installed.
I have seen a thread with the same problem but it didn't had a solution so thanks in advance.
