Launch Modpack -> Immediately Crash

I am attempting to launch the Tekkit Legends modpack but it consistently crashes on boot-up.

Crash Report-
"Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine."
"Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit."

There is no available log report in the launcher. 

I have attempted restarting my computer, restarting and reinstalling the Technic Launcher.
I am not sure what I should do next to troubleshoot my problem.

Yes, and normally, it tells you before or after WHY it couldn't create the java virtual machine, or what the fatal exception was. Which is what is actually useful.
