Minecraft is not installed for this pack

Hiya, so up until yesterday my mod pack has been running fine starting with no issues, until yesterday. With no changes or updates done, in an attempt to launch the mod pack I receive this message in the console "java.lang.RuntimeException: Minecraft not installed for this pack: net.technicpack.launchercore.modpacks.ModpackModel@6c5fe2a6"

I have also attached the the bin folder as a screenshot. I am at a complete loss of what to do next as iv tried a clean install, updating the pack with a new modpack.jar, etc.

You have a modpack for 1.18.2, but you included the forge installer for 1.20. That does not work.

omg did I really... I may be a little blind.

So now I have a new issue, I changed it to 1.18.2, and as soon as the modpack installs, Microsoft marks the modpack.jar as a virus and deletes it 

and this is downloaded directly from "https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/"

it also happens to the few other people iv had help test this

Grab 40.2.9 from the all versions list instead. That works as well, as per https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/issues/9765#issuecomment-1783862198
