Teckkit Launcher not updating minecraft

i have the problem of when i try to log in and get all the mods downloaded (first time log in) it says download failed and wont let me log in at all. I dont have a pinpoint on the problem , but it says (3% download failed). I am downloading Tekkit mods onto my computer

Description of Problem:

Copy the stuff in those files to....
