It's still in development and no permissions have been given for Technic/Tekkit to use them.

TC3 and Xycraft aren't allowed in other modpacks yet, but for myself I had no problem adding TC3, Xycraft, and ~dozen other mods.

Just make sure the player's tekkit matches the server's tekkit. (but for most techtards it's probably easier to just stick with what the base pack gives you...)

They are all in Feed the beast pack

and they all work perfectly fine

Meh, I don't see too much reason for trains since you can make a train via railcraft anyways
