How i can make own Modpacks for Minecraft (Only) and Minecraft(Server) fast,safe and easy ?

ummm... throw a bunch of mods together and sort out the ID conflicts? use the custom zip feature of the launcher if you're feeling frisky? the general process isn't that complex

you can also maybe use multiMC

I think you can use the Technic Launcher for that, but I've never used it. Therefore, no advice :P
