Title: Power teleport pipes are using EU, but machines not responding

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Debian 6.0.1 64-bit

Java Version: java version "1.7.0_09"; Java SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_09-b05), Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.5-b02, mixed mode)

Description of Problem:

Power teleport pipes have suddenly stopped functioning on my server. I have connected my MFSUs to an energy link with wooden conductive pipe and power teleport pipe. I have checked the frequencies and the receiving pipe is set to receive power. My EU starts ticking down as if power is being used up, but the machine does nothing. I have tried this with a quarry and a filler machine.

In order to eliminate the possibility that my machines are busted, I ran conductive pipes straight from my energy link to my filler machine (no teleport pipe). This worked perfectly! The machines only stop responding when I use a teleport pipe.

Item teleport pipes appear to be working fine. This bug is only effecting power teleport pipes

Make sure the pipes are set to the right frequency (And not set to 0), and that the receiving pipe is set to actually receive.

Please, understand that it wasn't specified in your post that you didn't use Frequency 0.

Also, make sure your Teleport Pipes aren't teleporting across dimensions, such as from the nether to the overworld or vice-versa.

And the reason EU is being used up is because the Energy Link in Classic is pretty bad and will consume all the EU it can get, but only use about 32. So I'd also advise hooking up a BatBox to it as a limiter.

In addition to what Teraku said, make sure you are the owner of BOTH pipes. I've had the same problem and it was just that one of my friends broke a pipe and replaced it making it unusable for me.
