Tekkit server chrashing at random times

My tekkit server has suddenly begun doing this, while it before could run for days without end, it now chashes very often and i have to restart it manually.

the servers specs are as follows:

CPU: Dual intel Xeon CPU 2.00 GHz

RAM: 12 GB (10 dedicated to tekkit itself)

OS: Windows Server 2012

Java: 7 not sure about what update

The server keeps giving the error: "read timed out" and "reached end of stream"
