Universal Charger??

I see it in NEI but I can't figure out what mod it is from and when I try to search the internet nothing comes up about it. Anyone know where I can find info on it?

Maxis010 explained this months ago but here is a picture.

If you put items in the chest, they get charged. Otherwise you just stand on the charger and the stuff that you are carrying gets charged.

I would recommend that you use the edit button next time.
