Bandi Cam Lag For My Technic

I've had the technic pack for about a week and I have enjoyed it very much! So today I decided to start my own lets play series but they is just one problem, when I record I get unbelievable lag on the technic pack.

P.S I'm using Bandicam (Unregistered)

If anyone have any trick or tip on how to minimize the lag please feel free to reply

Also I'm open to try out other screen recorders, however they must include audio aswell

I use hypercam, BANICAM is slow for me too.
