TheBerserkHobo Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 Why the heck can't I find any electric wisps? I wanna make the Seven Leagues boots, but I can't find a 2nd electrified wisp! What are the spawn conditions for them? I checked the original thread, and it was rather vague. I know that it listed the other places where the other wisps can spawn, but where is anywhere else? Anyone care to help? EDIT: Also, do the Boots of Striding, etc., wear and tear as you get damaged/walk around? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
