Why no new mods for tekkit?

My Question is that, Why is there not updates for TEKKIT mods?

There has been updates for minecraft + the mods.

Why is Tekkit Launcher not updating to the new mod updates?

like the new BuildCraft, IC2, or Forestry?

I know that Tekkit has to realese the update, so please don't tell me that Tekkit launcher doesn't do it with no one doing the uploading XD.

Any Reasonable Answer would be loved :3

Sorry i didnt actually know that those kind of rules applied. I thought it was the usual Rules on every forum that you go on. (spamming, Language, Rude things and inappropriate placement of posts.)
