Repairing Items in Tekkit Lite

With EE3 being so new and not having Talisman's of Repair, are there any ways to repairing old gear these days?

Where Lite has failed, Vanilla shall provide

Combine 2 matching tools on the crafting menu (will remove all enchants)

Build an Anvil and pay in levels for more extensive repairs (details on the linked page)
