Redstone/Timer question

Hey all. Quick question I can't seem to find. I want to make a nice small simple circuit: All I need is a Timer to send a signal to a redstone engine, about every 5 seconds. The signal needs to be 5 seconds on, 5 seconds off, and repeat, but I can't figure out how to do this. To put it another way, I would love for the Timer to turn ON for 5 seconds, then OFF for 5 seconds, not just activate for a tick and stay off for the set interval. Can someone quickly explain how to do this in tekkit? Thanks all.

Have the timer toggle the toggle and run the toggle to your engine
