Modpack will not download properly...

I tried to download a modpack by putting in the platform link and it said it was valid. Then I logged in but it got stuck at "0% extracting files" and then it said that the download failed and gave the following error message: http://pastebin.com/mmbcQ7Tb

What am I doing wrong?

Same here, only get this error on the Plus pack.

This WAS happening to all my packs, but it magically solved itself for all but the plus pack, which still has issues... I have no experience, but I don't think its the plus-pack's fault, because it was previously happening with all packs...

Yeah that thing that was previously happening was the Comparsing Error, that somehow the Adress didnt worked. Now all Packs word fine, just the plus pack wont download. Maybe a problem with the Format of the File or something like this. I read in another Post that this Error ist because the Uploaded packed the Package wrong. But i dont know, i am only a guy who started today and wanted to play some Modepacks with his Girlfriend xD

To me it looks like we can't connect to the Plus Pack server. Anyone have any ideas or a solution?

I'm having the same problem with PlusPack. Parsing error from previous days is fixed, but now the PlusPack itself won't load when I click 'Add modpack' No error report, just freezes for about 5 minutes.

Same problem here. When I checked the server where the package was hosted, it seemed to be offline. Perhaps the uploader needs a better host?

i'm new here too - used the old launcher until recently - i got the big dig pack ok (which is worth a look btw, i'm a metallurgy fan) but also going nuts trying to get the plus plus thing running - wish i had some info but saying 'me too' for now :)

umm...i found this website http://pluspluspack.com/modpacks/plus/ but the urls they give don't work-still, there's some info about their packs and maybe someone else can make sense of it ... i'll keep doing my noob thing

I believe it is actually an issue with plus itself. Could be bandwidth usage messing up their downloads, or just an update broke it. Just into their page once and a while to see if they say anything about fixing it.

I have a mac and i want to play oasis byt ihascupquake but when i press login a window comes up: Error downloading file for the following pack: IHasCupquake: Minecraft Oasis

failed to download "Random url" please consult modpack author.

And then i try another mod pack and same window pops up!!!! D:

I relly want to play ;(
