I've been using the Technic Pack at home -- love it, and now I want to set it up at another location. I downloaded the latest launcher jar and ran it from a batch, but all I seem to get is the launcher just freezing on the splash screen and not getting anywhere.
I read the FAQ and naturally first checked the log files. The problem then became apparent-- it's try to load a "https://raw.github.com/TechnicPack/Technic/master/mirrors.yml" file and getting serious YAML parse errors. To investigate the problem further I followed the link to the file in my browser and instantly found the issue.
I'm surprised no-one seems to have noticed this yet, if you have and are working on it correct me but it's clearly an issue that the admins need to know about ASAP.
