Nether - Overworld

So, I am pumping lava into geothermal generators to produce power from the nether. It seems that you cannot get it to the overworld though. I have tried teleport pipes wireless transmitters and a few other things. Is there a way to Transport items to the overworld? If so how?

Have you tried ender chests?

Sort of. But How would I do it with say lava or power, without putting it in an item? Also need to mention that the server has no EE

You could try making lava cells. The problem is when you are in the overworld, the nether doesn't exist. You'd need someone in the nether, preferrably close to your system, to keep it up and running.

Use cells. They're cheap, and damn easy to fill rapidly.

As for EE, you don't need it, ender chests are a special thing from chickenbones
