Treecapitator and "Heavy Duty Axe" (id 5588)

It seems that the "Heavy Duty Axe" was not included in the list of valid axes in Treecapitator. Simply edit the server config and add the id 5588 to the list and you'll be back in business.

Thanks for this, I'll be sure to address this, along with rubber trees not treecapitating properly.
