Why no Optifine ?

Hello , I was just wondering, why isn't Optifine on the new tekkit version that was just released today? Is it because it is not compatible with all the mods? In my opinion it would help out a lot. Sorry if this is the wrong section

Optifine doesn't give modpack permissions to anyone.

You may have also noticed that it hasn't been in every build of Tekkit Lite and Voltz by now.

You can install it manually by the way. It's compatible.
