[solved]How do I upgrade ME storage?

ok so i have a full 1k ME storage device, how do i upgrade it? it wont let me eject the storage cell by using the device while sneaking (like the wiki says) so what do i do?

i tested it with creative mode, it will let me eject an empty storage cell but not one that has something in it, this creates a problem....

Craft another storage unit, preferably pre-format it with what you want in it, then run it through an IO Port and it will, with the correct settings, pull from your existing storage. Then put the new storage in an attached drive.

Thank you so much all i ahd to do was link the io port to the ME chest with the new one in the chest and the old in the port, makes life soo much easier thanks again
