Help im new to Tekkit

Hi I just started tekkit and when i tried to make a tree tap the thing would craft so i put cheats on so went to creative and there was no tree tap or no rubber what do i do? I picked the tekkit that looks like its space in the background with the stars!!!

There is no tree tap, there is no rubber. More specifically, there is no Industrial Craft 2.

Tree tap is no longer needed as sticky resin is no more, just chop the rubber tree and it'll drop some raw rubber though.

Dunno if there's a way to extract rubber from the wood itself, but I don't think there is..

i have only found 1 of those trees and it gave me no rubber do i need rubber to start out?

Raw rubber can be processed into rubber ingot.

then what do i do with the rubber ingot?

You wanted rubber for a reason I pressume, I suggest you use it for crafting (see NEI for recipies), unless you just wanna store it. ^.^
