After that, play on Peaceful difficulty.

Since there is no additional information in your post to indicate what you are actually seeking, here's one possibility:

If you are looking to disable creeper (and other mob) block damage you can do so with a gamerule

do this: /gamerule mobGriefing false

Or in your server.properties folder you can set "spawn-monsters=true" to "spawn.monsters=false". :)
