Random crashing when loading in certain places

Alright so myself and a friend are having issues with our world. If we log in at our base, or anywhere near it, we instantly crash on load and the only way to get back in is to either delete out .dat file or move our location. We're playing on the latest tekkit pack with a 6 added mods:

Universal Electricity Basic Components

ICBM

Twilight Forest

Thaumcraft 3

Railcraft

And Forestry.
