Phased Waterproof pipes?

Anyone know how i get this things to work? 1 has send only and the other send & receive.

But they dont send anything try to transport oil with them.

I've never bothered with phased pipes but general opinion seems to be that liquid tesseracts are more dependable, more flexible and most people's preferred choice for "teleporting" liquids. You also might want to make sure that both areas are chunkloaded if the send tesseract is far away from the receive tesseract.

They are bugged at the moment and corrently don't work, tesseracts are highly adviced.
