Help i have no modpacks!

So i have none of the default modpacks like tekkit volts etc.

And this is what it looks like.

I tried deleting the folders but this still happend.

It just says loading and when i do anything this comes up.

If anyone could help i'd be happy.

I can get other modpacks but thats not my problem.

Delete ALL of your files and start anew... thats what i did

Edit- Repeat ALL of your files

Q. My Launcher starts up but there are no packs!

A. Your Launcher might not be able to connect to the net. Before you open it, try right clickng, and on the drop down menu select "run as admin". This is reported to have bypassed this issue. (Windows only)
