HELP! How to make a Hexxit server?

When I try to run the Launch.Bat it says 'Unable to access jarfile Hexxit.jar'

same here. HELP!

i got the server working (i use evolve instead of hamachi ) but i always lags bad for both me and the one only other person playing on the server. blocks wont break and if they do they will reappear our movement is jumpy just all the usual server lag crap.

i dont think its my computers specks but here they are

i never have anything else run besides minecraft the server evolve and skype or teamspeak.i have also ran normal minecraft servers before with no lag (the most people ever on at one time are 3 people and rarely 4 people )
