Major Singleplayer Lag

Usually the game only lags when the map is being created, but I've been in game for at least 10 minutes, and when I chop trees wood doesn't rain down on me, I cleared out a battle tower because nothing was spawning, animals aren't moving, chests aren't opening, I tried changing the time of day but that's not working, etc. What's going on?

I'm having the exact same problem and it sucks so much! If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be a great help!

Sounds more like a ticking memory issue. Usually happens for users with 32 OS or 32 java. Either way you need to make a bug report, digging up this old 7 months thread wont do any good

Try allocating more ram to the Hexxit game,
