Hello again!

I am having troubles with downloading IndustrialCraft for Tekkit, the current version. I have seen other people install this mod with versions for 1.5.1 minecraft, but I cannot seem to get this mod running on Tekkit. When I boot up Tekkit, with the mod installed, It stays on the Mojang screen, and eventually tells me that Tekkit has crashed, and gives me the error report. I don't know what to do with this mod. Please, if you do respond to this thread, please do not try to get me off of this mod, I would just like help with this one. What is going on? If you have experience here, please respond, I would be more then grateful. I have tried to delete the META-INF folder, that didnt work. I have tried about 5 different versions, and they all respond with the exact same thing. Thanks in advance. (If I must give more information about my setup, tell me.)

Tekkit does not support IC since there has not been an official release, you should try asking wherever you got the version of IC you are trying to use.

If you are using an official release download from the forums, it's still on Minecraft 1.4.7. You'll have to delve into unreleased development builds in IC2 repo to be able to install them into the current Tekkit. You can find them here: http://ic2api.player.to:8080/job/IC2_lf/

If you are using one of those, however, the magnitude of errors can be vast, from a simple BlockID conflict to major bugs and incompatibilities with other mods. You'll have to post which version of IC2 you tried using, and the complete ForgeModLoader crash log.

You may have better luck posting this with the IC2 people, as

Tekkit does not support IC

, that being said it looks like an error with powercrystals nether ores, try removing nether ores and trying again.
